Xinzhong Chen successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis in May.

Xinzhong Chen received the President's Award to Distinguished Doctoral Students from Stony Brook University.

The Department of Physics and Astronomy has selected Xinzhong Chen to receive the Brown Prize in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements​.
